Refund and Exchange Policy:

I know that you will love my products as much as I do.  If, however, you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us, and we will work together on a mutually agreed upon solution.  Due to the personal nature of your products, we can not offer refunds or exchanges.


Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of payments, and we will offer a refund through PayPal, less the 20% cancellation/restocking fee.

I provide a complete ingredient list in all of my product listings because I know that you care about what goes into your body products and want to know this before you purchase. Since my products use many natural ingredients, the possibility of a skin irritation or allergic reaction is slim, but it is still a possibility. If you are unsure if a product will be compatible with your skin type, please test a small area of skin, and wait 24 hours to see if any rash or irritation occurs.  If nothing appears, you should be safe.  If you experience any abnormal reactions, please discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
