Shipping and Payments

Payments: Our payments are processed via PayPal secure servers. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal, but they will ask you if you want to create an account when you pay. You can complete your PayPal purchase using your own Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit or debit cards, or E-Check.

Tax: 8.3% sales tax will be charged to all orders sold to or shipped to the state of Arizona.

Shipping Method: Your products will be shipped via USPS using either First Class or Priority Mail.

Shipping Address: All packages will ship to the address that is listed in your PayPal account. If you need your order shipped to a different address, please contact us to let us know.

Tracking Info: Once your package ships, you will be sent a tracking number via PayPal, so that you’ll know when to expect your goodies!

Turn Around Time: I will always post my updated turn around time (TAT) on my website. Turn around time is the amount of time that it will take me to receive your order, make your products, and get them packaged up and sent to the Post Office. Your turn around time clock will start once I receive your payment. Turn around time for E-Checks will start once your payment has cleared through your bank. (This usually takes a week to happen.)

Insurance Rocommendation: Once your package leaves my hands I can’t be responsible for it. I take great care in packaging your products well so that they will arrive in perfect condition. Likewise, I can’t control if the packages are damaged, lost, or stolen while in transit with the Post Office. This is why I give you the option of purchasing insurance. I highly recommend insurance, because it may protect you in these instances. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, please contact me, and I will send you a request for payment of $1.65 to cover this cost.

International Shipping: We can ship internationally! Before purchasing, please make sure that your country will allow my products to be imported. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying any applicable duties, customs fees, and taxes that your country may require. Contact me with your order and I will calculate how much your international shipping for you prior to your purchase.

I just found a new, great, inexpensive way to ship International orders!! The post-office just came out with a new small flat-rate box that is roughly the size of a VCR tape and only costs $12.95 to ship internationally, and $10.95 to Canada, as long as it is less than 4 pounds. I can fit between 4-8 small goodies in this box including: bar soaps, 1 and 2 ounce jars, 2 and 4 ounce bottles, lip balms, cuticle creams, and roll-on perfumes. Please email me to tell me what goodies you are interested in and I’ll make sure that I can fit them in the box for you!! Yippe!!
